Background:
Background: Sports include football, baseball, basketball and hockey for rank of regular season winning percentage(points for hockey)in respective leagues(NFL,MLB,NBA,NHL) for regular season ending in 2009. 1 for best 32 for worst(in NFL). One ranking(best) for city in each sport(ie. NY NFL Giants or Jets) Lowest number is best. Tie breakers (League championships then playoff appearances).
