Who will win "Destry's Christmas Movie Competition"?

Settled as Regular Hubdubber user name begins with A thru M

Chatarra is the winner.

Background:

Background: CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT from Lesley
We recently ran a competition amongst our Hubdub Category Editors and the winner (Destry) received a Hubdub t-shirt. It seems however that Destry wants to double down on his prize and asked us if he could run a Hubdub contest, open to all Hubdubbers, with his t-shirt as the prize. Somehow, he managed to sweet-talk me into letting him run with it, so here are the details from Destry:

"I want to challenge your skills at predicting the Christmas weekend Box Office takings. All you need to do is email me with your prediction of which movie will lead the box office christmas weekend and how much that movie will earn. The winning prediction will be the person who chose the correct movie and was closest to the actual box office takings without going over. Each Hubdubber will be allowed one entry, you simply send an email to destry@hubdub.com include: your Hubdub user name, the name of movie you think will win, and the amount you think that movie will earn right down to the dollar. The deadline for entries will be 8pm ET on Thursday December 25th."

So if any of you guys fancy winning the t-shirt off Destry's back (ok, not literally!) then email him with your predictions on destry@hubdub.com

This refers to Dec 25th - Dec 28th

Here is the question about the Christmas Movies.

what's the difference between a little "a" and a "A" ? or are u calling an Uppercase "A" a little one cause it is kind of small after the name and if the Person is a "A" or an "S" can't we tell them they can't play cause they already have tshirts and the poor ol regular hubbiedubbies with no little letters or big letters should at least have a one in a kamillion chance to win that tiny tshirt that I know is not a size XXXL
*builds little protest signs* say no to the a's s's

the little "a" after the user name indicates someone is an "admin", our category editors and tech team all have the little "a" (and we have to win our tshirts too). The little "s" indicates a super user.

With less than 24 hours to go before the entry deadline there are still many of you not entered. Remember to enter the contest simply send an email to destry@hubdub.com include your hubdub user name, which movie you think will finish 1st, and how much that money will make to the dollar. The user guessing the correct movie with the most accurate prediction (without going over) wins the tshirt.

We are waiting on the actual results to be posted for this weekend. Here are the 3 guesses that have the best chance of winning:
1 - Chatarra - predicted $50,500,500.50
2 - Destry - predicted $41,365,247.00
3. GTown - predicted $39,999,999.99

If the estimates hold out which I believe put Marley at $51,675,000.00 then chatarra would be the winner. We will know for sure later this afternoon. Thanks to everyone who entered.

And the winner is -------------- Chatarra with an amazing guess that was only off by a couple hundred thousand. The actual result for Marley is $50,738,566.

YAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is fantastic news.
Today was my first day back to work since I made a quick trip to the E.R. on Christmas night for a painful gout inflammation in my left foot.
Felt pretty good this morning, but I wish I could just cut it off tonight.

I would like to thank my Co-Stars, and director and especially to the whole production crew, because without their help, this would have never been possible. Finally I would like to thank my Mother and Father for all their support when nobody else thought I could win.

Oh wait - wrong speech.
Now, I know what it means to be speechless, as I do not know what to say.
But seriously, MANY THANKS to the whole Hubdub staff and participants who make this such a fun website to visit.
