Will Isaac Toussie get his pardon back after all?
Background: On Christmas Eve 2008, President Bush revoked his pardon of Isaac Toussie (shown, meeting with Bush), who defrauded dozens out of their homes. Bush aides insist that this revocation will not be undone as long as Bush is in office. But several legal experts have said that the pardon was actually delivered to Toussie and therefore can not be legally revoked. Therefore, Toussie is likely to fight in court for getting his pardon back. Will he win? Suspend date for this question is almost a year away to give the courts time to sort this one out.
