How many times will Chicago Pro Sports teams win championships during Obama Administration?

Background: For purposes of this question I'm including only the major sports of Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League and National Football League. Any of the following teams that win championships while President Obama is President will qualify for inclusion. Initial suspension date will assume back to back administrations in the event President Obama is re-elected, if not the market will suspend in four years rather than eight.

Eligible teams include; Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bears and Chicago Black Hawks.
