Will Henry Farrell (arrested for 190th time) be given a sentence of 10 years or more?

Background: Man Arrested For 190th Time
46-Year-Old Accused In Attempted Carjacking

POSTED: Thursday, January 22, 2009
BOCA RATON, Fla. -- A 46-year-old man was arrested for the 190th time in Florida this week, authorities said.

Henry Farrell was arrested after he tried to carjack a man outside a Boca Raton coffee shop, police said. Farrell threatened to kill the man after he refused to give Farrell a ride, according to police.

Officer Sandra Boonenberg, a police spokeswoman, said authorities have spent years dealing with Farrell, who "lives locally and apparently likes Boca Raton."

Farrell is being held without bond on charges of carjacking, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.
Hopefully this case is settled quicker than 1 year. I want the question to be event oriented rather than time oriented. If the settlement date has to be extended for an answer to settlement, then that is fine with me.

Ole Henry would have to be arrested an average of once every 3 months since birth to reach this milestone.

If not, i think its time we put one in place. How the hell did this guy get off so many times without being thrown into jail with a life imprisonment? I mean after the hundredth time i think its fairly obvious hes a dangerous criminal!

By my way of thinking, if a criminal's been arrested 190 times, he should probably consider changing careers. Oh, well; perhaps the 191st tile will be the charm... ;)

@Mungo10,
Thanks so much for finding this info.
I have been trying to find something out, to assist with settlement.

(Now, I just have to figure out how to read it . . .)

It seems he has going back and forth recently between jail and the court to determine whether he is competent to stand trial. At one point he was judged incompetent (15 May) and competent (09 October) and is going to have another status check this Thursday. He has yet to stand trial and, as far as I can tell, no trial has been scheduled yet. I'm guessing the question will need to be extended.
