Will any Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control aircraft be delivered to the RAAF during 2009?

Background: Australia became the launch customer for the Wedgetail when in 1997 Boeing was awarded a contract to deliver 4 Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control aircraft to the Royal Australian Air Force (later increased to six aircraft). With aircraft delivery originally slated for 2006, delays have meant that the first aircaft is now not expected to be delivered until sometime this year. Some press reports say November, a recent Boeing press release says March. Will atleast one Wedgetail aircraft be delivered to the RAAF during 2009?
