Will Iran announce a suspension of its Uranium enrichment program in 2009?

Background: Within the opening days of the Obama presidency, Barack Obama went on Middle Eastern television in a not so subtle wake up call to the Iranian leadership that a dialogue of communication was available.

The most pressing issue regarding Iran is almost definitely its development of a Nuclear program. Will this year be one of change for policy towards Iran? Only time will tell, but a major symbol of change would be the announced suspension of uranium enrichment.
