Will Japan's Hayabusa probe return to Earth as planned in June 2010?
Background: The Hayabusa probe, whose mission is to return samples from asteroid Itokawa that may have been collected in November of 2005, has started the second phase of its return trip to Earth. The probe fired one of its four ion engines in a burn that is meant to last for the next 11 months (give or take a bit) and should put it into position to make a final approach to Earth in March of 2010.
There are things that can go wrong however. One possible problem area is that the probe is only using 1 of its 4 ion engines as project engineers believe that one or more of the others may not be capable of long duration burns. If the engine being used develops a problem then returning to probe to the Earth on time may become a challenge (or indeed, finding the Earth at all 8:[)

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.
Question will settle as yes if the Hayabusa probe lands in Australia during June of 2010. A successful landing is not required, the probe making contact with Australian soil is enough, be it a gentle kiss, to make a large hole in the ground or scatter little pieces across the landscape.
