What will the outcome be of Ann Coulter's voter fraud investigation?

Settled as No charges filed by Nov 4th, 2009

Background: The New York Daily News reports that Ann Coulter is under investigation by the Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission for allegedly voting in that state while registered to vote in New York City.

Officials are responding to a formal complaint filed by Coulterwatch.com blogger Dan Borchers. "For over 10 years, Ann Coulter has gotten away with illegal, immoral and unethical behavior, ranging from plagiarism to defamation, perjury to voter fraud," claims the conservative Borchers. Coulter declined to comment.

Coulter was investigated and cleared of wrongdoing in 2006 for allegedly violating Florida's voter registration laws by voting in the wrong precinct.

An official previously told the Daily News that they would investigate "if we received a complaint under oath." Well now Mr. Borcher has formally filed that complaint.

Penalties for Voter Fraud In CT:

The criminal penalty for fraudulently voting when not legally qualified or for voting more than once when qualified is a fine of $ 300 to $ 500, one to two years in prison, and disenfranchisement.

Charges relating to Voter fraud is all we are addressing here. If Ann Coulter is busted doing anything else it does not count.

Question will suspend one week prior to Settlement date, which is Nov. 4th, 2009.

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.

I like Ann Coulter because she makes liberals mad. I disagree with her a lot but anyone who pisses off liberals as much as she does is OK by me.

Admiration of divisive behavior is a characteristic you should really be proud of. We need more of that.

but you know what asstoophat....i CAN understand where you're coming from...cuz it surely warms my heart to think of how upset so many are that gays will soon serve openly in the military....that gays will lay legally in wedded bliss with one another, that they will adopt the unwanted children of this world AND any damn woman that wants to abort her zygote will be given free license and maybe even some taxpayer dollars to do so....all cuz it probably doesn't sit well with folks like you. : )

mork,
I think it's more of a virtue than a characteristic.

conspiracy,
Actually the only thing about that that doesn't sit well with me is the taxpayers' money. Why should I have to pay for some slut's abortion? I'm NOT a Republican. I'm a libertarian.

It looks to me like people are upset that she voted one time, in a place they didn't want her to vote. Wait for the details to come out before drawing conclusions.

They don't get too excited when a liberal votes multiple times! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuHXF0016qE
