Will Any country attempt universal jurisdiction and charge any Gazan with a war crime?

Suspended

Suspend date reached

Background:

Background: Hamas has been said to be committing war crimes for years, culminating in the recent war in Gaza. Since Israel withdrew from Gaza in Sept. 2005, Hamas has fired 5000 to 8000 rockets indiscriminately at civilian centers in Israel. This is a violation of article 3 of the Geneva Convention. In fact, according to human rights groups that are advocating Israel be investigated, the firing of the rockets was so blatant a war crime that it doesn't need to be investigated.

During the war, we had the use of human shields. It's been charged that munitions were stored in homes, schools, hospitals, and mosques.

Shifa Hospital was being used as a command bunker for Hamas soldiers.

Hamas still continues to fire rockets and mortars directly into civilian populations with the goal of creating civilian deaths, destruction, and terror, hitting a high school the other day. Over 110 rockets and mortars since the "cease fire"

Hamas has consistently used it's population as human shields, stockpiling weapons in homes, mosques, hospitals, and schools.

When will these animals be brought to justice? Or will they just be rewarded with a multi-billion dollar aid package?

Yeah, this is definitely an ongoing crisis - and they seem to thrive on it. They pretty much have never seen a self-destructive idea that they didn't like, as long as their pals in the media can be trusted to report it in the worst possible light for Israel.

And to top it off, the One wants to give them $900 million (not $HD). Probably as stupid an idea as the $1.75 trillion deficit.
