Background: The Space Shuttle Discovery was originally meant to launch for STS-119, which will deliver the fourth starboard truss segment to the International Space Station, on November 6 of last year.
This was delayed to December 4, which was then delayed to February 12 which was then delayed to launch not before Feb 19 which has now been pushed back to launch not before Feb 22nd.
