Where is the skull of Geronimo?

Background: Feb 17, 2009 marks the 100th anniversary of the death of Geronimo
.
The family of 19th century Apache Indian warrior chose this date to sue the U.S. government, Yale University and The Skull & Bones for return of his remains. Rumor has it that The Skull & Bones society stole his remains and is now storing them in their mysterious, windowless headquarters called "The Tomb" at Yale University. The Skull & Bones is a secret society of many prominent Americans including George W. Bush, his father George and grandfather Prescot.

Some others believe that his bones never left Oklahoma.

I have requested a clarification on this one ... the Skull and Bones "crypt" isn't actually located on Yale University property, so if the skull is actually there, then the correct settlement would be "Proven Elsewhere," which I don't think is what Mork intended. I think Mork meant to include the Skull and Bones headquarters as being at Yale University. I think we need to make sure that we're clear on this point.

I don't mean to be persnickety -- I'd just hate to see anyone lose money on an unintentionally tricky question.

Thanks Loren. It's good to sort that out now in the early stages. Anybody who got confused about what Loren brings up let the cat ed know if you want your $H back.

I'lll suspend it now until it gets sorted out.

hmm, that yahoo story surely must be leaping to assumptions because i read here at hubdub on another question that all crimes against indians are only in america's distant past. There's just no way our good ol' George W. could have been continuing to cover up these past 8 years a hate crime his grandfather committed against a dead Indian, right? ok, that's as close as i'd like to get right now to an act of bomb-tossing...
