Will attendees of the upcoming speeches G.W. Bush will be giving, be required to remove their shoes?

Background: THIS IS FROM THE ARTICLE IN LINK BELOW:

You may be out of work, but George W. Bush has a new job. The former president is using his legendary oratorical skills to forge a new career, Mike Allen reported in Politico. After hearing the news, David Letterman’s writers required oxygen.

Mr. Bush is booked to give ten speeches this year in Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He is represented by the Washington Speakers Bureau. The agency’s motto: “Inspiration from the World’s Greatest Minds.” Really.

We have not been able to determine if audience members at the Bush lectures will be required to remove their shoes. If so, perhaps off-duty TSA airport guards could arrange the logistics.

So long as it is reported that even ONE of his speeches requires attendees to remove their shoes, the q will settle as Yes.

Settlement date is fixed.

I bet YES on this question, only because you can throw them really far once they are off your feet They're harder to throw with feet in them. Try it if you don't believe me. lol :)

Great observation, buckeye.

I personally feel the odds on this should have at least been 15%. Let's face it; shoe tossing is now all the rage.

But Destry found the question to be foolish and the humor in it stupid. He also threatened to void it again if I went any higher than 5%.

I'm going to bet it happens....they just can't risk someone else wanting to become a public hero. I wonder if I should've included something like they hand out flyers stating what the penalty for doing that will be to discourage attendees. That could dwarf some of those seeking 15 minutes of fame.
