Will Fidel Castro make any foreign trips in 2009?

Settled as No

He stayed home...

Background:

Background: Despite reports that 'El Comandante' (Fidel Castro) is still deathly ill, but recently Fidel has been seen exercising in public in Havana. He was flanked by guards and a trail car, but Fidel was actually spotted outside on the city streets going for a jog. Hi frail age sadly showed as he was shuffling his feet rather than really jogging. None the less though Chavez hadn't been seen in public since 2006.

With Raul Castor reshuffling the government and making it more his own as his elder brother recovers from his illness, will Fidel embark on any state visits. Hugo Chavez may be his first visit in Venezuela, as both remain good friends says Hugo.

Would a one-way visit to 'The Great Beyond' count as a foreign trip?

lol no... but I'm sure some 'certain' Floridians would be quite happy with that trip :-)
