What will President Obama's approval rating be on Monday March 16th, 2009?

Settled as 61% to 63%

Background:
This week former Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk became Mr Obama's fourth nominee to have tax issues surface. In a new proposal, Barack suggests cutting subsidies to American farmers. Also he met with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown for the first time.

Ahead, he will try to explain his call to reduce high-income earners' tax deductions for the interest on their house payments and for charitable contributions. Also his proposal to start taxing industries on their greenhouse gas pollution , which is sure to raise consumers' electric rates.

His success in convincing Congress and the American public will influence the job approval ratings. This question asks "What will President Obama's approval rating be after it is updated 1pm (Eastern) Monday March 16th, 2009?"
