Background: My brother pitched this prediction to me with the following rationale:

The ultimate in celeb babies
Worth 5 percent in opinion polls
She likes the limelight
Married to one of the few men with job-security for at least 4 years
It's her best chance of being liked by the conservatives
Worked for Tony and Cherie Blair
Of course you could also argue that the optimal time to get pregnant would be just before the 2012 election. You wouldn't sack a guy who had a wife, two kids and a new baby to support, would you?

Settlement details:Question will settled as Yes if it is officially announced that Michelle Obama is pregnant either during 2009 or in the first 3 months of 2010 where the dates indicate that she became pregnant prior to the end of 2009. If there is no official announcement by the end of March 2010 then this question will be settled as a No.
