Will the real IRA detonate another Omagh type bomb in 09?

Background: The Real IRA, a dissident republican group, was responsible for the massive Omagh bombing in Northern Ireland in 1998 which killed 29 people.
On March 7 2009, the RIRA claimed responsibility for the shooting of two british soilders. This shooting occurred outside the Massereene Barracks as four soldiers were receiving a pizza delivery from two deliverymen. Two soldiers were killed, and the other two soldiers and two deliverymen were injured. Is this a sign of more troubles to come?

If the real IRA are going to do anything it is more likly to be a shooting. But let's hope they don't do that either.
