What will be the next 'Bomb' report in Afghanistan?
Unfortunately the market is in essence a death market due to the fact that one of the options for settlement explicitly involves death, even though that death regards the bomber himself.
Background:>
The spike in violence along the border is an early indication that roadside bombs and other ambushes are likely to surge as thousands of new U.S. forces arrive in Afghanistan this year.
A suicide bomber, meanwhile, attacked a NATO convoy in Kabul on Sunday but instead killed two passers-by _ among 18 people killed Sunday, officials said.
Clashes and attacks in the eastern province of Kunar surged 131 percent in January and February from the same period in 2008, said Lt. Col. Rumi Nielson-Green, a U.S. spokeswoman.

So which will be the next 'bombing' event reported? Bombs dropped by the US or any military allies will not count. Only insurgents, the Taliban. Al Queda and civilians, etc. setting off bombs will qualify.
The bombing event must occur no later than March 31st. Question will settle when it is reported to have taken place or April 1st, whichever comes first.
Settlement date is fixed.

Looks like there could be confusion bout the bombs that went off on Sunday, the 15th. This clearly speaks to the ones going off on the 16th.
