2.2.6 Settlement
Where possible we like to settle questions early. If something is 99.9% certain then we will tend to settle it. Every one in a 1,000 times we get it wrong we will also pay-out on the correct outcome.

Please settle now or sooner than the 28th of August.
I would appreciate a comment on my forum topic concerning early settlement.

Just learned the Hubdub "by"-rule. Luckily it doesn´t matter at this Q.

Just looked to see if this could be settled early on the 99.9% rule however I think you can never discount Oprah!
