When will Gazprom next reduce gas shipments to Ukraine?
We've been unable to find any news stating that this happened.
Background:>
apparently Ukraine is once again having problems paying for their gas supplies from Russia...when this happened last winter, Russia ended up shutting off their gas lines to Ukraine which also affected EU countries' gas shipments...Medvedev has suggested EU countries help Ukraine pay the bill...when will Gazprom/Russia announce gas shipments are being reduced/delayed/cut off to Ukraine?
must be the result of payment dispute...terrorist attacks, acts of god, etc are not included in this Q
Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin warned the European Union on Sunday that gas supplies via Ukraine may be disrupted because of a payment dispute with Kiev, news agencies quoted his office as saying.
Putin telephoned his Swedish counterpart Fredrik Reinfeldt, whose country holds the rotating EU presidency, to "draw his attention to signals, including those sent through official channels to Kiev, concerning possible payment problems for the delivery of Russian gas," a spokesman was quoted as saying.
As a result, "problems may occur in the transit of Russian gas via Ukrainian territory to European consumers," he said.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin urged the European Union on Monday to lend Ukraine at least $1 billion to help it pay for natural gas supplies from Russia and avoid another disruption of flows to Europe.
Putin has been warning in recent days that Ukraine may not be able to meet its commitments to Russia's state-controlled gas company, Gazprom, suggesting that this could lead to another cutoff.
Ukraine's state-owned natural gas company, Naftogaz, has been paying its monthly gas bills on time. The next bill comes due Saturday.
Energy industry analysts have said Russia would be unlikely to cut off supplies to Europe again this winter because it already is struggling to get European customers to buy as much gas as their contracts specify. The economic downturn has reduced demand and European gas stocks are high.
