Yep. Actually carbohydrates are kind of like a drug to some people with diabetes so I think if there's any evidence of him eating in the last 24 hours before death that will settle as yes.

Just kidding.

Just drugs, not alcohol. Prescription drugs will count if they have been abused in anyway (i.e. if he was just taking his daily Zoloft and it was in no way a factor in his death it will *not* count)
