Will Maine's topless coffee shop re-open before Christmas?
Background: An earlier question asked whether the coffee shop would remain open after Labor Day. On the early morning of June 3, the shop burnt to the ground in a suspected case of deliberate arson, and the question was settled.
A waitress at the shop, Krista MacIntyre, said the job was the best she's ever had. She hopes the fire doesn't put the shop out of business.
"We should keep on going, get back up and make it an even bigger place," she said.

Will the topless coffee shop manage to re-open at any Maine location in time for Christmas 2009? Suspend date is set for 20 days earlier to provide some suspense. Question will not settle as a yes if a competing coffee shop opens with the same premise. While the ownership may change, the name "Grand View Coffee Shop" has to remain the same, and it must be in Maine for the question to settle as a "yes." Odds are set at 15% considering the severity of the fire and its consequences for the owner.

So, although the shop is open again...it's not topless yet. Let's see what appears in the new future before thinking about a settlement.

'EXPANDED TOPLESS COFFEE SHOP TO RISE FROM ASHES'
'...Crabtree has just gotten approval from the Vassalboro Planning Board to operate once again in a new building. Despite the fact that town residents passed a new ordinance in June that restricts where, when and how "sexually oriented businesses" may operate in Vassalboro (you could call it the Grand View Memorial Ordinance), Crabtree's request was considered simply an expansion of his existing permit. This time the building will be larger, operate for more hours and accommodate more people.'
