Will the abortion rate in England and Wales for 2009 be higher or lower than it was in in 2008?
In 2008, for women residents in England and Wales:
The total number of abortions in 2008 was 195,296, compared with 198,499 in 2007, a fall of 1.6%
Do you think this tread will continue for this year 2009 or not or is it possible that they stay the same?

Figures released annually. Last figures released on 21may 2009 so I'm assuming the 2010 figures will be released on 21may 2010 if not when they are released.
