Court won't hear Sept. 11 claims vs. Saudi Arabia
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has refused to allow victims of the Sept. 11 attacks to pursue lawsuits against Saudi Arabia and four of its princes over charitable donations that were allegedly funneled to al-Qaida
The Obama administration had angered some victims and families by urging the justices to pass up the case.

The market's author finally got back to me this morning, but we still need some more info before unsuspending, as things are too murky right now.
A) What constitutes a 'connection'? That could be anything from, say, a 'charitable donation' to a single email.
B) The way the question is worded with its misplaced modifier, it's uncertain whether the connections have to have been made in 2009, or proof of a connection has to be made this year, no matter in which year the connection happened.
C) The market needs some more backgorund info and news links. Who are the lawyers? Which families?
D) Does proof of any connection have to be made in a court of law, or just alleged in a newspaper?
And so on...
