Good question, but a little more detail as to what is required for settlement would be helpful. Does 10 mins of it live on a local channel do it or does it have to be televised nationally?

Some clarifications added. Hopefully that will be clear? If cameras are allowed at all I guarantee you it will be picked up internationally. There's nothing "local" about Michael Jackson.

I agrre with zanate. A Memorial service is NOT a Funeral........ I have been robbed...... A Memorial Service was put on by the family because the funeral is private... Therefore you are completly and utterly wrong with the decision

The fine print did not include the above disclamer when I made my prediction. I was adamant about checking the fine print as this is not my first disagreement... A public memorial is abvious... I will say it once again, it is about pleasing the majority at hubdub to keep traffic high. HUBDUB has been a waste of time for me... Talk about unproductive :)

@zanate - I'm sorry you're frustrated but there's nothing much to be done here. Your bet was made after I posted my clarification and additionally I posted in the comments that I had made that clarification. You're right that the fine print can be important.

As for the dispute process, I don't think you'll have any luck with getting this one over turned. But the process is:
1) Discuss it with the relevant catEd (that would be me.. )
2) Elevate the discussion to Tisha, the community manager (you can reach her at tisha AT hubdub DOT com)
