Background: Tasmania is currently the only state in Australia without access to the 24-hour sports channel, ONE HD.

After an initially promised starting date of the 2nd July (in line with some Australian regional areas receiving coverage):

Now, on the 3rd July, TDT (who will be transmitting ONE HD) cannot even give a date for the transmission to start:

This is will settle as yes if the actual transmission of ONE HD in Tasmania has has started before 12pm on the 15 July 2009, otherwise it will settle as no.
