US dollar: up or down vs. the £ ? Which will come first: $1.68 or $1.60 by July 31, 2009?

Background: The British pound peaked at about 2.11 US$ back in Nov 2008. The dollar got stronger and the pound dropped like a rock in the fall and the £ started this year just shy of $ US 1.46. It dropped to a low of 1.372 in early March. In April and May, the pound rose sharply against the $ again, but leveled off in June. Currently, the rate is $1.6305 = 1 £. Will the pound continue to rise, or will the greenback fight back?

So, the question is: will the value of the £ drop to $1.60 or less, rise to $1.68 or more, or remain between the two values by the end of trading on July 31, 2009? Settlement will be based on closing price as reported on www.finance.yahoo.com between now and end of trading on July 31, 2009.
