Will any NASCAR driver below the top 20 win a race before the end of this season?

Background: There are 39 drivers who have started at least one NASCAR race this year who are below the top 20 in points. Just one of those drivers, Brad Keselowski, has won a race this year. Although the odds would seem against one of these drivers winning, it's been a strange season AND some of those below the top 20 are Dale Earnhardt Jr and Kevin Harvick. Can anyone pull a win out before the season is over? I'll list all eligible drivers under the comment section.
