Will St. Petersburg woman win law suite against Lindsay Lohan?

Background: St. Petersburg, Florida-- A local chemist, who claims she was contacted to develop a sunless tanning spray, says actress Lindsay Lohan and her business partners stole a custom made formula to sell and market for themselves.

The tanning mist went on sale nationwide in May and is available in Tampa at International Plaza through cosmetics retailer Sephora. Each can sells for $35.00.

In a federal lawsuit filed Friday in Tampa, St. Petersburg chemist Jennifer Sunday claims to have created the mist, after requiring Las Vegas business woman Lorit Simon to sign a confidentiality agreement. The lawsuit goes on to claim that after coming up with a formula everyone loved, the deal fell through when the two parties could not come to an agreement on the sale price for the product.

Sunday develops cosmetic lotions for St. Petersburg based White Wave International Labs.
