Will Carrie Prejean's "Still Standing" make USA Today's top 150 List?
Background: The ex-Miss California, Carrie Prejean, has signed a deal with Regnery Publishing to pen her memoirs. They will be published under the title of "STILL STANDING."
You'll remember that Carrie said "Marriage should be between a man and a women." When answering a question at the Miss California Pageant. Pageant officials stripped Carrie of her crown saying she actually was not doing her job properly. However, many feel that she lost her crown because she is anti gay.
Carrie was then offered a million dollar deal to do a porno movie which she apparently has refused to do.
Now the little darling is back in the limelight again. She is writing her memoirs and having them published. She is just 21 years old. How many memoirs can she have? Either way she is writing them. This question is fishing to see if enough people will give a hoot about her, buy her book and propel her into the top 150 in book sales on the USA TODAY top 150 list.
She only has to make it to #150 for a week to settle as YES.
We'll give Carrie Prejean a year to do this. It will be interesting to see what she does to keep her name in the news and to spurn interest in the book.

Prejean signed a book day in July with conservative book house "Regency Publishing" to publish a memoir called "Still Standing." She says she will tell her side of the story in the book, answering questions about what happened behind the scenes at the pageant and why she answered the question posed to her by Perez Hilton the way she did. The book will be released in November.
