Settlement details:Tweet must be between opening kickoff and end of 4th quarter of game in which Ocho Cinco is playing. Any tweet must be confirmed on Ocho Cinco's twitter page. Any fine or suspension must be confirmed w/ a news article from a major news source. Question will suspend when 1 week has passed w/ no tweet by Ocho Cinco during game. Question will settle when 3 weeks have passed without a tweet by Chad Ocho Cinco during a game.
Settlement details may be ammended by admin.
