When will Michael Jackson's toxicology reports be released?

Background: Determination of MJ's cause of death has been held up first by the delay in getting toxicology results and also by an investigation of his doctor(s), among others. It appears that at least the toxicology will be released in the near future. This question asks, when will those results be made public?
