Thats all the BCS top 20 teams that were not ranked in the preseason top 25. Cincy and Pitt both have legitimate shots to make the BCS, as the winner of their game will likely win their BCS-guaranteed conference (Big East).
However, Cincy and Pitt are vying for the Big East automatic bid, so it is IMPOSSIBLE for one of them NOT to make a BCS bowl game - since their conference is guaranteed a spot.
