Will microsoft or apple release a program that uses the google wave protocol before 2010?

Settled as No

Background: Google is allowing other companies to use the source for wave. Any company can therefore create programs that can send and receive waves.

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.

This will only settle as true if either Microsoft or Apple release a program that natively supports both sending and receiving waves.
