Background: The strongest storm will be the 2009 Atlantic hurricane which has the highest recorded wind speed as recorded by the NHC. As of 8/20/09, Hurricane Bill is the strongest so far with a 135 mph (215 km/h) top recorded wind speed. The 2009 season ends on November 30th. Suspend date is November 15th.

@Valhonor - cash out - Erica and Danny are both past, we just had Fred, so Grace is next. Fred reach Hurricane 3 strength. I forget right now what Bill reached, but since folks are still there it was either a 4 or higher 3 than Fred. You've been out of touch.
