Next country to change right of way: which way do they go?

Background: During the early morning of September 7, drivers in Samoa will stop driving on the other side of the road. Drivers have driven on the right since the early 1900's.

Samoa will switch to left-hand traffic to make it easier for poor residents to obtain cheap cars. Its two biggest neighbors, Australia and New Zealand, drive on the left. The switch was unveiled in 2007 by prime minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi.

The switch has had considerable opposition. Opponents fear that driving will be more dangerous. Also, buses will need to be modified so that doors are on the left side.

The last country to change the right of way was Ghana in 1974. However, Samoa will be the first known country to change from right-side driving to left-side driving. Approximately 30% of the world's population drives on the left.

Even though 9 years is a long time, it is quite conceivable, even likely, that the correct answer will be: neither.
Unfortunately, that is not accounted for.
After all, the last change, as stated in the background was 35 years ago. I for one am not interested in markets that have no finite ending.

My gut feeling is that Burma/Myanmar will come to its senses one day. During the 1970's, they switched to driving on the right, even though all of their neighbors drive on the left. Now, every time you want to enter or leave Burma, you have to do the hokey pokey.

Of course, most of Burma's actions do not make any sense to me.

Unfortunately, they do have bigger problems to deal with. Not too many visitors come there these days, so maybe this is not their most pressing issue...
I'd still wager on neither within the next 10 years, if that option existed.
good luck,
