Some background... First there are NO counties named after Roosevelt, Of the states that have coastlines (i.e. the most natural contenders for eye-wall crossings), there are about 7 Lincolns, 9 Jeffersons and 13 Washingtons, however only a handful are on coastlines. And don't start whining about I didn't tell you exactly how many are on the coasts, just wager already.
