Will Maria Shriver be seen for the fourth time using her cell phone while driving before December 1?
Background: On October 13, Maria Shriver was videotaped talking on her cell phone while driving her SUV. That was the third time that Shriver was seen performing the deed. The other two times occurred on June 12 and October 11.
Shriver's husband, California governor Arnold Schwarzanegger, signed a law banning cell phone use while driving. In Los Angeles County, where Shriver was seen talking, the first ticket for the deed costs about $93. The second ticket costs about $201.
