Will any British MP go to court to challenge Sir Thomas Legg's expenses rule changes before 2010?

Background: Sir Thomas Legg has been investigating MP's expenses as far back as 2004, and has retrospectively "amended" the rules, by placing limits on certain expenses (e.g gardening and cleaning) where no limits existed previously. Some MP's have allready paid back money in respect to this, whilst others are saying that they should not have to pay the money back, as it was within the rules of the old system.

Question will settle as yes if any British MP gets this one to court before the end of 2009
