Will any Texas team compete in one of the 5 BCS bowl games this season?

Background: Four Texas college teams are ranked in at least one of the major college polls as of 10/19/09. This question is to determine if any of these teams will play in one of the 5 BCS tournament bowl games.
The current BCS rankings are as follows: Texas #3, TCU #8 and Houston #17. Texas Tech is not currently ranked in the BCS, but is #21 in the AP poll. Will none of them make the bowl games, or how many will? With the typical roller coaster of college rankings and the crazy selection process, this results on this question should be fun to watch.
To keep some of the suspense, the suspend date will be set at mid-November since most selections are finalized after that time.
