This question is based on the closing price of DJIA (the "DOW").
Settlement is based on the winning poker hand using only the "Five numbers from right to left".
For instance, if the DOW were to close at 9888.88, the winning hand would be "5 of a kind", consisting of all 8's.
You'd ignore the leftmost digit (in this case the 9) because it's not involved in settling this question.
If the DOW closes at 10,888.88, the winning hand would also be "5 of a kind", consisting of all 8's as we're only using the "Five numbers from right to left" ignoring the "1" and the "0".
