Background:

Background: They are playing in Scottsdale, AZ this week. Weather should be beautiful, however the course could get challenging if the winds pickup. I live about 45 minutes away from the course and will tell you that the afternoons have gotten quite windy lately.

Last year no one shot over par and four golfers shot even par.
All 72 holes must be played.

The cut has just been made at minus one. So going into the third round every player remaining is under par. Why are "10 or more golfers are par or worse" bid up so high?
