MLB: Will any changes be made to instant replay before the beginning of the 2010 regular season?

Background: Several mishaps in the 2009 postseason have brought about many requests to have changes made to instant replay rules. Will Selig get on it and have changes implemented before the regular season next year? Currently only HRs can be replayed and must be challenged by an umpire in the game.

settlement details got cut off:

question will settle as yes if any changes are announced and implemented before opening day of the 2010 season. Question will settle upon news of changes that will be implemented on opening day of 2010 regular season.
