Background: It's no secret that things are a mess. On January, 20, 2009, only 18% of Americans described the Economic outlook to be getting better (they must have been the bankers who took all our money). The number dropped to a low of 14% in Feb, then climbed to around 35-40% by April, where it has hovered since, struggling to find direction for the past 6 months. Today, October 29, 2009, 38% thought things are getting better (down from 40% 2 wks ago) and 57% thought things were getting worse.
So, the question asks: What will be the % of people who believe that the Economic outlook is getting better, as reported by Gallup on Nov 12, 2009?
