What will the two "dumbest burglers" be convicted of?

Background: After an Iowa resident called 911 to report an attempted burglary in an apartment building, it did not take police too long before finding the suspects.

Police received a call last Friday around 11:32 p.m. about two male suspects with painted faces attempting to enter an apartment. The caller also told police that the suspects drove off in a large white car.

Carroll police stopped Matthew Allen McNelly and Joey Lee Miller shortly thereafter and found McNelly, 23, and Miller 20, still wearing their disguises that looked that a first-grader came up with.

They were both charged with second-degree attempted burglary and McNelly was also charged with driving while intoxicated.

the question being "what will they be charged with?", and in Background it says "they were both charged with 2nd degree attempted burglary"
Revise the question??? or something..
posted 3 weeks ago
Both will be charged with attempted burglary. The driver will also be cited for DUI or DWI or whatever it is they call drunk driving in Iowa. I see cici's point too.

I guess you should read "convicted" instead of "charged", because all other options do so to.
