Will a Wal-Mart be allowed in Cave Creek, Arizona after Nov. 3rd election?

Background: On November 3, 2009 the citizens of Cave Creek, Arizona will go to the polls to vote on a re-zoning ordinance which allows mega giant Wal-Mart the opportunity to build a store there.

A "YES" vote allows Wal-Mart. A "NO" vote means Wal-Mart cannot open a store in Cave Creek.

Currently there are no big-box retailers in Cave Creek. The only chain store operating there now is Dairy Queen. Cave Creek is a large upper middle class community in the North Phoenix area adjacent to the wealthy city of Scottsdale, AZ.

This is big news in Phoenix and will be widely reported.
