How many of the 50 US states + DC will have double digit unemployment in October 2009?

Other states included were: Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Oregon, D. C., South Carolina, California, Rhode Island, and Nevada.
