Background: Six of teams(Lions, Rams, Browns, Titans, Buccaneers, Chiefs) enter week 9 with 0 or 1 win. Two others have 2 wins. The Raiders haven't avoided a losing record since 2002. The Redskins schedule so far has been the easiest in the league having already played 4 games against other teams in this group. Will any of the 8 (Det,St.L,Cle,Ten,TB,KC,Oak,Was) avoid more losses than wins for the 2009 season?
