From which region will the next elected African UN Security Council member be?

Background: In October 2009, Gabon and Nigeria were elected to the UN Security Council. They will replace Burkina Faso and Libya in the 2010-11 term. Africa will also be represented for the 2010 term by Uganda. Traditionally, one Arab nation is represented. So, the new member is not expected to be an Arab nation.

Nations cannot serve consecutive terms.
