From which region will the next elected Latin American or Caribbean UN Security Council member be?

Background: In October 2009, Brazil was elected to the UN Security Council. They will replace Costa Ricaa in the 2009-10 term. Latin America and the Caribbean were also represented for the 2009-10 term by Mexico.

Nations cannot serve consecutive terms. Therefore, Brazil and Mexico cannot be elected for the 2010-11 term.
